What file format is the report?

The Management Report will be generated in PDF format.

What information is included in a report?

All activities that are tagged with a Managemate Report tag are automatically included in the Management Report, ensuring that only relevant and up-to-date information is captured. In addition to the activity details, any associated projects or documents are also seamlessly integrated into the report and can be accessed directly through embedded links for quick reference. This makes it easy for board members and stakeholders to dive deeper into specific items without needing to search through separate systems. Status updates for each activity are also included, providing a clear snapshot of progress, next steps, and any outstanding issues.

How do I start using it?

Step 1. Sign up for a Managemate account for your condo.
Step 2. Add updates into your Managemate calendar as you complete your work.
Step 3. Generate your Management Report.
Step 4. Share your Management Report with your board before your next meeting.

How do I share the generated management report?

Sharing the report is easy. Managemate will automatically distribute the report to all users in your account, in your daily digest. You can also share a link to the Management Report with your board members, from within Managemate, or send them a PDF by email.

Can this report replace my the current report my manager prepares manually?

Yes! Managemate’s one-click management report feature is designed to save managers time by automating the report generation. A manager can add the same information they would otherwise write in their traditional paper / pdf based management reports. The headings in Managemate's management report can be customized to suit the manager's preferred reporting format.

Can I customize the report?

Yes. The headings in the report can be customized to meet the needs of the property manager or their property management company. Property management companies who subscribe to a Managemate Enterprise Plan may place their logo on the management report as well.

Who has access tp the report?

Only managers and board directors with access to your Managemate account can access the management reports generated using Managemate. The links to documents are all private, meaning individuals must have an account and be logged in, in order to access information in the links.

Where can I access reports I've generated in Managemate?

Every report generated automatically creates a document record with the report file included. Once a report is ready, navigate to "Documents" to find it.
