Who will be entering information into the software?

Board members and property managers can both input information into ManageMate, depending on how hands-on the board prefers to be. Some boards handle data entry themselves—when they get a vendor invoice or report via email, they can quickly create a document record and link it to the relevant vendor or project. Other boards delegate this to their property manager, who uploads documents like engineering reports directly to ManageMate instead of forwarding them through email chains. This way, information gets stored once and can be shared via link, cutting down on inbox clutter.

Will this add to my workload? How difficult is it to use?

Not at all. ManageMate is designed for easy document uploads and quick information retrieval. You'll actually save time by avoiding email searches and waiting for your manager to track down records. Will you be able to migrate our files into Managemate?

Yes, we offer data migration to help organize your existing files—whether they're stored online or in physical folders—so they work seamlessly in ManageMate. We'll review what you have, arrange digital scanning for any paper documents, then organize everything into project, vendor, and document records. Once we're done, your complete file history will be ready to go in ManageMate from day one.

Will I be able to get a copy of my data if I choose to leave?

We will provide you with your project lists, vendor lists and copies of all files you saved in the application in an industry standard data format. Just ask us within 30 days after your subscription has ended, and we will be happy to make a copy of this data for you.

My board needs to get buy-in from the rest of the board…
